Pella Electronics offers two versions of a batching system to automate loading of ingredient by weight, followed by timed mixing.  The standard version is the FS320 which loads ingredients directly into a mixer.  The FS320-SH controls loading into a scale hopper.  The hopper contents are then transferred to a mixer.  The next batch can then be loaded into the hopper while the current batch is mixed.

FS320: The FS320 automates ingredient mixing operations. It controls sequential loading of ingredients into a blender on a weight basis using a built-in digital scale. Ingredient augers are automatically started and stopped to load each ingredient according to a user defined recipe.

MX800: The MX800 simplifies the handling of micro and specialty ingredients by taking control of three important tasks.

DTM10: The Data Transfer Module simplifies the task of transferring records to a personal computer. The hand-held unit contains battery backup memory to store the data for transfer.

DTS15: The Data Transfer Software simplifies the task of transferring records from the FS320 Batching system to a PC.  Data is transferred via a cable between the control panel and the PC.

BCC: This software allows a PC to control the feed making operations of an FS320 controlled feed system. Rations and groups can be assigned names and ingredient inventory can be tracked.

FS320-SH: Automates ingredient loading and mixing operations. Similar to the FS320, except the next batch can be loaded into the scale hopper while the current batch is mixing.
