The FS320-SH automates ingredient loading and mixing operations. It controls sequential loading of ingredients into a scale hopper on a weight basis using a built-in digital scale. Ingredient augers are automatically started and stopped to load each ingredient according to a user defined recipe.  The next batch can be loaded into the scale hopper while the current batch is mixing.
