MCC: The Motor Control Center is custom built for each application. It arrives at the job site pre-wired and ready to connect to the FPC900 control Panel and the motors on the associated equipment.
FCC: This software allows a PC to control the operations of a FeedPro mixing system. Maintains an inventory of ingredients.  Provides an almost unlimited number of recipes.
FPC 900: The FPC 900 Control Panel monitors and controls operation of the FeedPro metering units. It controls the operation while displaying batch progress and maintaining records of ingredient usage.
CF8 Continuous flow units with an 8" weigh auger works like the CF4 & CF5 units, but have a much larger capacity.  Used for high-volume ingredients.
LIW: The Loss-In-Weight unit meters ingredients by weight. The computer monitors how fast the hopper is losing weight, and changes the metering auger speed to match the target flow rate.  Used for low volume ingredients.
CF4,CF5 Continuous flow units with 4" and 5" weigh augers meter ingredients by weight.  The ingredients are weighed as they move through a patented weighing auger.  These units are the heart of continuous flow metering.

DTM10: The Data Transfer Module simplifies the task of transferring records to a personal computer. The hand-held unit contains battery backup memory to store the data for transfer.

DTS15: The Data Transfer Software simplifies the task of transferring records from the FS320 Batching system to a PC.  Data is transferred via a cable between the control panel and the PC.

LX800: The LX800 simplifies the handling of micro and specialty ingredients by taking control of three important tasks.

Fat Pump: The LO902 Liquid Fat Pump includes fat in rations as easily as any other ingredient. It controls the delivery of liquid fat into the blended feed, according to the programmed ration definition.
